1. COMPANY CERTIFICATION The applicant company (herein "company") hereby requests authorization for the company to submit export license applications, reexport authorization requests, AGR license exception notifications, and classification requests to the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) using BIS's Simplified Network Application Processing (SNAP-R) system. The company understands that an electronic submission has the same legal force and effect as a written submission. The company recognizes that in order to apply for export licenses (as opposed to reexport authorizations, notifications or classification requests), the company must be in of the United States. The company agrees that each submission made via SNAP-R shall constitute a certification that: a. To the best of its knowledge and belief, all information submitted to BIS, including the description of the items and their end-uses or end-users, and any documents in support of such submissions, are correct and complete and that they fully and accurately disclose all material facts; b. Submissions will conform to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR parts 730 through 774); c. The company will retain records pertaining to SNAP-R submissions and related transactions as required by Part 762 of the EAR 15 CFR part 762); d. The company will report promptly to the Bureau of Industry and Security any material changes to information previously submitted via SNAP-R whether the application or request is still under consideration or an authorization has been granted. 2. ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR CERTIFICATION I understand that by checking the box below I will be representing to the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) that I am to be the initial account administrator for the company in the BIS's Simplified Network Application Processing System. I understand that an account administrator has the power to accomplish the following: (1) Submit applications, classification requests, and notifications to BIS on behalf of the company; (2) Add new individual users who will be able to submit applications, classification requests, and notifications to BIS on behalf of the company; (3) Deactivate the user account of any existing individual user who has been authorized to submit on behalf of the company (upon such deactivation that individual will no longer be able to make such submissions); (4) Reactivate the account of any individual user whose account was previously deactivated; (5) Designate any individual user who has the power to submit on behalf of the company as an account administrator who will have all of the powers described in this statement; (6) Remove account administrator authority from any user designated as an account administrator for the company; (7) Update the company's identifying information such as name and address as listed in its SNAP-R account; (8) Update the identifying information such as name and telephone number of any individual user who is authorized to submit on behalf of the company; and (9) Reset password of individual users who are authorized to submit on behalf of the company.
